SDTDID (Jinjiang Hanfeng Footwear) operates 4 specialized footwear assembly lines with an annualized capacity of 1,800,000 pairs in Chendai Town, Jinjiang. Our plant features 6 automated Italian toe-lasting machines, 48 CNC pattern stitching beds, 8 hydraulic sole pressing stations, and 4 infrared drying tunnels. We support low MOQ production from 300 pairs per colorway with a 30-day PPS sampling cycle.
Combat shoes, speed cleats, and powerlifting boots cannot share the same generic assembly line. Each category requires unique toe-spring curvature, clamping pressures, and adhesive reactivation temperatures.
