Headquartered in Chendai Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province—the renowned "Footwear Capital of China" responsible for over 40% of global athletic shoes—Jinjiang Hanfeng Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. While thousands of local workshops focused on commoditized running shoes, Hanfeng made a strategic decision to master the most unforgiving category in footwear: Combat and High-Impact Athletic Footwear.

Wrestling, boxing, and strength training require instantaneous torque, multi-directional friction, zero mat-slip, and unbreakable sole adhesion under 600kg+ lateral dynamic loads. Over 16 years, we engineered our dedicated lasts (US 7 to 15 / EU 38 to 47), developed proprietary Shore A 60±3 gum rubber formulations, and perfected our 0.65MPa high-pressure sole cementing protocol.

Our proprietary brand SDTDID ("BUILT FOR COMBAT • EXPLOSIVE STABILITY") was conceived to disrupt the market: giving emerging combat brands, martial arts gym chains, and competitive athletes $160-tier performance at an honest $50 retail price point.

Why Our Chairman Personally Inspects 100% of Finished Pairs

In traditional contract manufacturing, quality control stops at statistical AQL random sampling (checking 32 pairs out of a 500-pair container). For combat athletes whose ankles and knees depend on millimetric sole alignment, a 1% defect rate is catastrophic.

At Hanfeng / SDTDID, our Chairman established a mandatory 100% Pre-Carton Final Audit Protocol. Positioned right at the final packing conveyor before polybagging and carton sealing, every single left and right shoe is inspected with calipers and steel rules:

• Sole Margin Glue Gap: Must be strictly ≤ 0.5mm with zero adhesive overflow or dry joints.
• Strobel Seam Smoothness: Internal cavity felt by hand to ensure zero irritating knots or friction points.
• Heel Axis Alignment: Laser vertical check ensuring zero inward pronation or outward supination.
• Eyelet Tensile Integrity: 180N mechanical pull verification ensuring zero lace pull-outs under heavy sparring.
