For custom OEM private label production, our standard MOQ starts at 500 pairs per colorway across a standard size run (EU 36-45 / US 5-11). For startup footwear incubators or premium capsule collections, low-volume trial runs from 300 pairs can be negotiated depending on upper tooling and outsole mold availability. For existing open-mold white-label models, MOQ is 200 pairs.

Our in-house 3D CAD modeling studio, automated digital leather cutting tables, and computerized stitching workshops enable complete sample turnaround in 7 to 10 working days upon receiving tech packs or reference samples. Rapid 3D sole last printing takes 48 hours.

Yes. We offer turnkey ODM/OEM tooling solutions including 2D/3D sole mold engineering, CNC aluminum/steel mold casting (15-20 days turnaround), custom ergonomic shoe last carving, high-frequency embossed logos, woven tongue labels, custom TPU heel clips, and personalized retail shoe boxes with FSC-certified recycled paper.

All materials and finished footwear undergo 32 rigorous testing procedures in our SATRA-aligned laboratory, including Bally flexing endurance (tested to 50,000 - 100,000 cycles without cracking), Martindale upper abrasion resistance, sole bonding peel adhesion strength (>= 3.5 N/mm), out-sole DIN abrasion loss (<= 150 mm³), yellowing resistance under UV irradiation, and EU REACH / CPSIA chemical compliance.

Standard bulk production lead time is 25 to 35 calendar days following final pre-production sample (PPS) sign-off and receipt of deposit. Repeat replenishment orders for established models can be expedited to 20 to 25 days, leveraging our 15-minute raw material supply chain cluster in Jinjiang.

We support FOB Xiamen (primary deepwater port, 45 minutes from our factory), FOB Quanzhou, CIF, CFR, and DDP/DDU to customer distribution centers across North America, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Full container loads (20GP ~ 3,000-3,500 pairs; 40HQ ~ 7,000-8,500 pairs) and LCL consolidated shipments are supported.

We enforce strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to receiving tech packs. All custom sole molds and 3D lasts are registered exclusively to the client, securely stored with tamper-proof RFID asset tags, and never shared or exhibited to third parties.

Yes. SDTDID is certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). We specialize in recycled ocean-bound polyester (RPET) flyknit uppers, bio-based sugarcane EVA foam midsoles, recycled rubber outsoles with up to 30% regrind content, water-based non-toxic adhesives (VOC-free), and biodegradable bamboo lining fibers.

Standard terms for new accounts are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) and final QC inspection report. For long-term corporate partners, we offer 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) or OA 30/60 days backed by Sinosure export credit insurance.
