Stage 1: Mechanical SATRA Laboratory Testing
Before assembly, every batch of suede microfiber, mesh, and rubber soles undergoes rigorous mechanical stress tests:
- SATRA TM133 Whole Shoe Flexing: 100,000 continuous flex cycles at room temperature and -10Β°C with zero crack growth > 4.0mm.
- Bally Upper Flexing: 50,000 cycles dry / 20,000 cycles wet without microfiber delamination.
- Bonding Peel Strength (SATRA TM411): Computerized tensile testing requiring >= 3.5 N/mm (our actual line average reaches 4.2β5.5 N/mm).
Stage 2: 100% Personal Chairman Final Audit
Once lasted, cooled, and cleaned, every single shoe is brought to the inspection runway. Our Chairman personally verifies:
- Zero adhesive spillover or glue void along the perimeter sole welt.
- Toe cap alignment and symmetric lace-stay tension.
- Velcro strap pull-strength and hook-and-loop engagement.
- Internal insole flatness and zero needle/staple remnants via conveyor metal detector (0.8mm ferrous sensitivity).
